Because we process, as well as butcher, all our meat, we have more control over quality, to ensure you get the freshest cuts in the fastest possible time.

We open our Boning Room Butcher Shop every Tuesday - Saturday and welcome you to come on out for all your meat requirements.

Turn off York Street (part of the Flinders Highway) onto Bluff Road and look for our sign about 5 minutes down Bluff Road.
