Orders must be picked up 12-24 hours after you have been notified, $10 a day holding fee will apply if you don't pick up at the agreed day/time or do not contact us in time.

• We need to let you all know that those who are wanting Cattle, Pigs, Sheep/Lamb & Goats processed though us, you MUST provide the required paperwork upon arrival or emailed before you arrive.

• Laws state that all properties that have livestock residing must have a Property Identification Code (PIC Number, $4000 fine if you do not have one) and before the livestock leave the property you must fill out a Waybill/ Movement Record/Pig Pass with all the animals' details & MUST be filled out correct & true.

• Extra Animals that aren’t booked in will not be accepted.  

• We will be refusing all livestock without NILS Tags (for Cattle) and paperwork for all other animals.

• All animals must be in sound, healthy condition and must be able to walk off your transport.   

• Animals that do not pass inspection whether it be crippled, severely injured or too far emaciated/poor will be rejected and must be disposed of on your own account.  No exceptions. 

• All Stock must be unloaded and in our yards before the daily 5:30pm curfew, the gates get locked every night and there will be no one around or available to let you in or out.

• All Animals must be booked in with Dan or Kym. 

• Our Local DPI is there to help you with everything you need to be able to legally transport livestock.

• Animals will not be processed until all boxes are ticked. 

• We DO NOT offer home kills, mobile butchery or emergency kills
